Roasting salt
A traditional delicacy from Kangasniemi, the taste of which has been brought to Fisu's kitchen for the present day.
Traditionally, roasting salt has been used especially with new potatoes to bring out a roasted, deep flavor.In Fisu's version, rye flour and salt are roasted slowly and by hand, in small batches. The result is a warm, nutty and rich flavor that is perfect for:
