So… what exactly is a Fisuburger?
Fisuburger was born when the world turned plans upside down.
Eemeli was supposed to run fishing trips on Lake Saimaa.
Not burgers.
When tourism suddenly stopped,
something new had to be invented.
That’s when the idea came up:
“What if we made burgers from lake fish?”
The first tests were surprising.
Fresh fish, caught by rod and reel and cleaned by hand,
can taste unbelievably good in a burger.
And that’s how Fisuburger was born.
Today, Fisu stands for Finnish lake fish
and has become Kangasniemi’s own street food pride.
The promise is still the same as in the beginning:
Caught by rod. Cleaned by hand. Made for you.
